The premise

Every system of record logs the what. None of them capture the why.

Enterprise systems of record hold these state transitions with perfect fidelity: who, when, from which value, to which value. The reasoning that produced each transition, what was weighed, what was read between the lines, what was deliberately not done, was never written down. Where systems pretend to hold it, it is a five-value picklist or a note written for compliance after the fact.

That gap is structural. It exists in every enterprise on earth, and it cannot be recovered from the record later. You cannot re-interview the moment.

GLEAC spent six years deliberately eliciting that missing layer: daily decision scenarios answered by named, verified professionals, tagged to the individual, anchored on 10 human skills, refreshed continuously.

CRM decision moments and the human judgement that ordinary records cannot capture
CRM: the record shows what happened. Expert judgement shows why it mattered and what should happen next.

What is the Lovely Humans community?

A working community for the humans AI can't replace. Contrarians, outliers, and deep operators with taste, judgment, and wisdom. Not a logo wall, not a directory: a tribe of 500+ that earns, networks, and makes impact together.

Earn

Get paid to advise

We deploy members as flocks to paying B2B clients. Real outcomes, C-suite impact, plus a 10% lifetime cut on every dataset you author.

Leverage

Sell to the network

Sell to other members. Find co-founders, investors, clients, and collaborators. The community buys from itself first.

Master

Stay AI-enabled

Live sessions on AI governance, board readiness, tools mastery, and leadership. Stay AI-enabled, not AI-replaced.

Belong

Find your tribe

Hand-curated experts across 50+ fields and 90 countries. Humans Worth Knowing, not networking theatre.

Adjunct Harvard Professor

Gentle warning: This adjunct Harvard professor may exceed expectations. He is dangerously generous.

I met Joseph through our GLEAC community, and frankly he's the kind of 'trouble' every institution needs.

Joseph claims to be an adjunct Harvard professor (which, to be fair, he is), but he's actually a quiet force of intellectual kindness on a mission to open doors most people don't even know exist.

Recently, I introduced him to a Nobel Peace Prize winner in our community who had a bold new dream: to teach at Harvard.

No ego. No gatekeeping. No 'let's see.' Just: 'How can I help?'

Joseph extended his time. His network. His insight. He helped safeguard years of research and turned what could have been a polite conversation into real momentum.

You know those people who are the institution but choose to be human first? That's Joseph.

I've had the privilege of bringing extraordinary minds together through our community but moments like this remind me what peer mentorship even to Gen Xers at its best really looks like.

My advice? If you ever get the chance to learn from him, collaborate with him, or even just share a coffee, take it.

Access our Lovely Humans community as advisors and operators alongside your team

We are not consultants. Many of us know every consulting framework by heart, but that is not what we bring to the table. We are hard-core operators, outliers, and contrarians with deep judgment, taste, and the right spoonful of humor to carry your company and teams through any kind of transformation challenge. Many of our members are generalists who embed with your team as internal Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), rolling up their sleeves to get things done rather than advising from the sidelines.

Judgment

The importance of judgment

Our advisors have made the hard calls under real pressure. They know which decisions actually matter, when to hold the line, and when to bend, so your team does the right things the first time around.

Taste

The importance of taste

Taste is discernment, not preference. Anyone can have opinions. Taste is the trained ability to tell the difference between something that is technically correct and something that is actually good. Our operators have the instinct to tell signal from noise.

Wisdom

The importance of wisdom (and a little humor)

Years of scar tissue from having done it before, paired with the humor to keep people human through hard change. Wisdom keeps you steady, humor keeps the room open.
